- Grant of License. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license, to access and use the most current available versions of the Site, Applications and Service for your lawful, personal and non-commercial use.
- Available Content. The Service and the content provided therein is available for users of various skill levels, for a variety of activities, and for varying duration. Content may not always be available and is subject to change at any time with or without notice and without any liability to you.
- Membership.
